2012-2013 TUITION SCHEDULE
APPLICATION/RE-ENROLLMENT FEES (Non-Refundable)
Grades Pre-K-6: $200.00
New Student Application: $200.00
The fee must accompany each new student application for admission.
Returning students re-enrolled prior to May 1 will be charged an early enrollment fee of $150 per student, with a family maximum of $400.
After May 1, the re-enrollment fee is $200 per student with a family maximum of $500.

Three tuition payment plans are available for your convenience.
- Pre-Payment Plan- account paid in full by the start of school in September will qualify for a 3% discount.
- 10-Month Payment Plan- first payment is due August 1st with the last due May 1st.
- 12-Month Payment Plan- first payment is due July 1st with the last payment due June 1st.
Monthly tuition payments are due on the first of each month. Payments received after the 15th of the month will be considered late.
Tuition is charged for the whole month when the student is enrolled for any part of that month. There is no refund for a partial month.
All advanced tuition in an account at the time of withdrawal is refunded.
A $10.00 late fee will be applied each month payment is late.
FAMILY FINDER CREDIT
A family with children enrolled in HCS will receive a credit for one month’s tuition for each new family they refer.
To qualify the new enrolling family must identify who referred them, complete the enrollment process and one full marking period.
